Who can use the Hotspot? People with a valid mobile number.
Authentication: With Username/Password (sent to user's mobile phone via SMS).
How can users get access? Users receive a unique UserName and Password to their mobile phones via SMS. With this code they can can log in on the start page. Each user has an expiration (determined by you) so users will be logged off automatically after a specified time or allowed data traffic.

  You can collect phone numbers for advertising or legal purposes (you can track people in case of illegal activities in your hotspot).

Limit accesses by distibuting printed Vouchers (you can tie the access codes to consumption).

Who can use the Hotspot? Whom you give a hotspot voucher to. You can tie it to consumption, menus, etc.

How can users get access? Users can log in by entering their unique Voucher codes on the start page. Each code has an expiration (determined by you) so users will be logged off automatically after a specified time or allowed data traffic.

• Using Vouchers to Limit Accesses.

  You can distribute Vouchers to limit the access to the internet. This way you can prevent your neighbours from using your system unauthorized, thus making it much slower.
  
  

  Print or Export Vouchers.

  When you subscribe to the service, we generate Voucher codes automatically. You can easily print out Vouchers via the Internet using our tool which creates high quality PDF files in the Control Center. You can also export the codes in csv format and import them into the system of a hotel or cafe so you can print the codes onto the receipt.
  
  

  Tie-Up Sale.

• Control Center.

  You can control and manage your Hotspot location remotely from a centralized web interface. You can see Vouchers that have been activated, watch online users, login sessions with usage statistics, etc.

• Multi-Location Support.

  You can list all of your Hotspot locations, and all routers which were installed. You can add unlimited number of locations to your account (even the combination of Pay-Per-Use and Free locations). Each router sends a life signal to our server hourly, so you can see which one is working correctly. You can also list users who are logged in to your Hotspot.



• User Search, Usage Information.

  You can find out how many times a user logged in, how much time did he/she spend online, how much traffic did he/she downloaded and uploaded. You can also see the MAC address(es) of his/her computers.

• Limit Bandwidth for Each User.

  Every user gets limited bandwidth (set by you on a per location basis). This way you can avoid the overload of internet connection by one user.

  Get Router Alert.

  All routers send life signals to our servers hourly so we'll know whether your Hotspot is down or working correctly. We'll send you an alert email if we see something is wrong.

• Mobile Phone Support.

  Users with mobile phones can easily use the hotspot without having to install any software onto their phones. They can use the phone's built-in browser to authenticate.

• Support Ticketing System.

  We provide a basic ticketing system so you can provide support for your customers efficiently. Your customers can fill out a form on your splash page and track your answers through a web address which they can view freely, even if they have problems before connecting to the internet. You will get email alerts and can answer through the Control Center, or via email (which is also tracked by the ticketing system).

• Secondary Operators

  You can give limited permissions to the Staff so they can see information for a location which you grant access to. They can see the status of the routers, or check if a Voucher code has been used.

• Multi-language Start Pages.

  Your Hotspot Start pages are available in multiple languages, including german, spanish, french, portuguese, italian and hungarian. We'll add more languages in the future, and you can also translate the pages easily to your own language.

HOW TO SETUP?

Only a few things are required to setup your Own Hotspot. You don't need to operate web servers or computers at the location, as the software is running on the router.

What do you need to Setup Your Own Free Wi-Fi Hotspot?

• A broadband internet connection.

  The system is compatible with all kind of internet connections, like ADSL, cable or mobile 3G connection.

• A compatible router.

  You can choose from a variety of compatible routers, including LinkSys WRT54GL or Ubiquity devices. The minute you connect your router to an existing internet connection, your Hotspot is ready to use! You do not need any computer or staff for operation.
