HOTSPOT MANAGEMENT

THE OPERATOR AREA

Every future HotSpot operator will have to fill out our registration form . They need to submit the required information including their business and personal data and the first HotSpot location. One operator can operate several HotSpot places, thus he will be able to manage all the locations with one operator login (no need for more IDs).

The image above illustrates and operator who operates 4 HotSpot locations. The number next to the window on the right show many accesses have been granted at each location. As you can see, you can have HotSpot locations in different countries.

PACKAGE MANAGEMENT, PRICING

The operator of the HotSpot can determine the period and price (over the minimum set by us) of the access packages for each location. The base currency of the location can also be choosen. If the operator does not set his own packages, then the default packages will appear (with prices that we set in advance). The bandwidth and the data traffic limits can be modified as well.

REAL TIME TRANSACTION FOLLOW UP

You can follow on the operator area what kinds of accesses were bought on specific HotSpot places. You can view the rejected transactions by the bank, thus you can easily track why did a transaction fail.

ACCOUNTING, SALES ANALYSIS

With our powerful purchase report, specific analysis can be concluded on the successful sales during a give period of time, or by a HotSpot place, or by the means of payment in division of a day, month or a year.

CHARTS

Charts can be extremely useful to analyze the productivity of your hotspot(s). Currently you can generate 10 different charts, including the country of registered users, payment methods used in your hotspot(s), income by locations so you can see your top-earning location, etc. All charts can be filtered by date and by location.
