We're using a DD-WRT54GL with HotSpotWRT and HotSpot Free Basic Plus.  By default, HS is running on the wireless, and not on the wired ports.  I read how to turn on the HS on all the wired ports here: http://hotspotsystem...=3253-USGC-4685

My question is this: I need two wired ports to have HS so that I can plug in two wireless APs.  But I would like the other two wired ports to remain off the HS.  Is this possible with HotSpotWRT?

No. You need a more advanced router like Mikrotik to be able to configure ports individually.
