The Cisco SRP527W is the standard router supplied by Telstra when a customer signs up for business Broadband service in Australia. Is this router supported for Free Voucher Hotspot service?

Unfortunately the Cisco SRP527W routers are not on our compatibility list: http://www.hotspotsy...=7842-RSKB-3174 and thus cannot be used for any of our solutions.
You can still use it, just plug a compatible router in it to serve as your gateway, and run the hotspot on that. I recommend the Linksys WRT54GL, it is affordable and has proven reliable for me.
You may be interested in ordering a pre-configred router from us: http://www.hotspotsy...=3561-WYKZ-1048
