My question is simple, when i'm at home i can't log in into the forum. But as soon as i log in from another place with a different ISP i can access it ? I just discover it now and i have this problem for a long long time.

No, every computer who used my regular isp do not have access to the forum. But as soon as i connect from a different isp, like it is now, i can have a connection to the forum.

Thats very strange. I've never seen something like this. The forums use standard 80 port like any other web pages. There are no special behaviors.
What happens when you try to use the forums from your regular isp?
