Hi Theodore,

Locations cannot be deleted by operators. We can delete a location for you, but only if it was the last one you created, and had no transactions. As an alternative to deletion, you can modify the locations data, for example overwrite it with a new location's data.

Sub-locations (WDS routers) can be deleted by removing the associated mac addresses under Manage > Locations > click on name > Device List.
The mac address of the router can be found by clicking on Status/Wireless in the router's GUI.

You can now deactivate a location which means that the location won't show up in the location's list and on the map. Deactivate button can be found on Manage > Locations > click on name of hotspot location > scroll down, the button will be on bottom right.

On Manage > Locations page, there will be a message, saying: 1 location is set to inactive. Click here to list inactive locations.

From there you can re-activate a location any time.
