I have an active HotSpot Account and can not login to the operator panel, despite numerous attempts with password recovery.  According to records the Operator ID should be:  snctest

I have put this in and done a password recovery going to accounts@ultrastat.com and then attempted to reuse that new password that was sent to me and I still can not login.

HELP...

Hello,

your operator username was 'sncstest'.

Let me Clarify:

(I left out snc(s)test, above.....We concur and are showing "sncstest" and my email address accounts@ultrastat.com...

I am aware of this ID; however I still can not login...

I have requested a new password, 6 times all based on the above login ID and I continually get bounced back to login screen with (Authorization Error) below the login input lines.  I get the email with the new password but your system will not accept it.  I have tried three different browsers and all end with the same result, as indicated above.

Maybe the problem is im not putting in the correct email address that is associated with the UID sncstest.  Can you please let me know what email is associated with that UID: sncstest; I have tried a couple of email addresses; tmcarter@ultrastat.com, accounts@ultrastat.com...

You wrote you tried  'snctest', but the correct username was 'sncstest', so be sure to use that.

Email associated is accounts@ultrastat.com .

Also, be sure that you are requesting a new password ONCE and wait for all emails and follow all instructions before requesting a new one as they will overwrite each other...
