I just installed a hotspot at a Wendy's store and all was tested and working before the installation, but now I cannot get the splash screen to show.  I do have wifi that is wide open but no logon screen at all.  The hotspot router is behind another router and my internet feed to the first router is a WISP using a private IP address.  I am not sure if that may be the issue.  Do any ports need to be forwared?  If so, do I need to have the same ports open in the WISP's router?

Additional information:  When I click the "hotspot" tab in the router setup I get a screen that says "eval: 1: Syntax error: unterminated quoted string".

That is a good question and gets me thinking.  I am inside a router running DNS and I am getting 192.168.1.122, but I still log on with 192.168.20.1.  Should I be running DNS on the 192.168.20.# network?  If so, how ca this pass through the 192.168.1.1 gateway?

If the hotspot is running you should get an ip address on the 192.168.182.0 network, unless you changed the hotspot network setting, which is not recommended. Can you check the processes to see whether chilli is running? It should be on the status/system page, or you can telnet the router and issue the top command.

Have you configured a dns server yet?

Steps to follow to get hotspot IP i.e. 192.168.182.X
1 first check internet is live on your router.
2 check chilli is running with command ps - ef | grep chilli
3. Now connect to your hotspot router you should see the  hotspot IP

@Marko
I did all this steps and i achieved all above but when i try to browse it gives me error NASID does not exist,NASID should be operator username_location id.
