The Post Installation area gives me information on which ports need to be open for the system to work properly. I would like lock things down a little more and only open these ports to a certain IP or range of IPs from where the RADIUS traffic and Control Center commands will be coming from. Is there any way to get this information?

Hello,

you can open those ports for radius.hotspotsystem.com and radius2.hotspotsystem.com.

Router is communicating with the Control Center on the standard 80 and 443 ports (http and https traffic).

Hello!
I have about firewall question too. I've got hotspot and router in same device. I manualy typed configuration parameters in hotspotsystem (dd-wrt->services->hotspot->hotspotsystem). In control center is green icon for that location but I can't get an ip from hotspot for any device. I have already forwarded 1812 and 1813 ports to router ip. The hotspot must be unbridget to LAN.
What I missed?

Ports 1812 and 1813 are for radius authorization and accounting.

Life signals are standard web calls from the router from our server (TCP port 80). Maybe an SPI firewall is blocking the calls so be sure to turn it off.
