Hello,

I changed the package for location 2 from 2 hour to 1 month.  When I go to location 1 with the very same laptop, it is getting 1 month and not 2 hour (as it should).  The MAC address of the laptop is 58-94-6B-CB-26-30.  Please advise.

that MAC address got 2 hours of access.

But if you get a monthly access from a device in Location 2 and go to Location 1 with roaming enabled, the user still have that valid monthly access, so that user will only get 2 hours in Location 1 after the monthly access expired.

I see under the heading SET DEFAULT LIMITS the sub heading of Roaming, but when I click on it, there are no settings for roaming.  Please advise.

There is no roaming setting between two Hotspot FREE SPLASH locations as the user can have free access in both.
