I have an active HotSpot Account and can not login to the operator panel, despite numerous attempts with password recovery. According to records the Operator ID should be: snctest
I have put this in and done a password recovery going to firstname.lastname@example.org and then attempted to reuse that new password that was sent to me and I still can not login.
